This course teaches you the mastery of effective feedback through simple techniques that improve and motivate employee performance. You’ll never have to avoid telling someone at work “the truth” again, because the W.I.N.D. method is a proven strategy that will not make employees defensive or afraid.
You will find that there is a scientific basis for many of your observations and intuitions about feedback—such as, it is hard to give correctly, people don’t like it, and more. About The Instructor
Bryant is a subject matter expert specializing in leadership development, conflict management, and organizational development for startups. He has worked with venture-backed and early-stage startups to train founders in high-stakes communication tactics and the mastery of self-awareness to build collaborative-based companies and business relationships. Bryant holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, is a certified Mediator, and was previously a Mediator for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission before starting his business, Workplace Collaborations. He is located in Los Angeles, CA.
